Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a recording session or class with That Friends Studio. To ensure a smooth, safe, and equitable experience for all participants, the following policies apply to all sessions. 1. Booking and Cancellations • Clients must cancel or reschedule their session or class at least 24 hours in advance to avoid restrictions on future bookings. • Failure to provide proper notice may result in limited booking availability for subsequent sessions. 2. Identification Requirements • A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every participant attending the session. 3. Studio Engineer Assignments and Class Instructors • A volunteer studio engineer or instructor will be assigned to assist with each session or class. • Clients do not have the option to select or change the assigned engineer or instructor. 4. Behavior and Compliance • All clients and participants are required to act respectfully and responsibly during their session or class. • Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws is mandatory. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of the session or class and future booking restrictions. 5. Minor Participation • Any participant under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present during the entire session or class. • The parent or guardian is also required to sign a Parental Guidance Acknowledgment Form before the session or class begins. By booking a session or class, all clients agree to adhere to these policies. Failure to comply may result in session termination, limited access to future bookings, or other appropriate actions as determined by That Friends Studio.
